Valerie Jaques
 
Valerie is the first Malaysian psychologist to venture into the organizational world in addition to a therapeutic and community practice. She began working in the areas of coaching, therapy and training since 1987 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She later obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology in 1997 from the Ateneo De Manila University, the Philippines.
 

Fazlin Badri Alyeope
 
Fazlin has been involved in stress management since 1999 after she obtained her Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire, UK. Besides her working at the Malaysian Mental Health Association, Fazlin¡¯s work expanded into research and bio-feedback training as well as stress management programmes while working at UKM Faculty of Medicine.
 

Petrina De Silva
 
Petrina, is a consultant in the areas of employee assistance in organisation as well as a marriage and family therapist. She has assisted employees in organisations as well as her individual clients attain work-life balance and manage stress in their daily lives. In addition, Petrina uses expressive therapy and sand tray therapy for children and adults to accelerate the healing process.
 

Prasanna Mohandas
 
Prasanna, a licensed counsellor, has extensive experience in counselling and social work; ranging from individual care to group sessions in different environments. She specialises in helping people on addiction related issues and with HIV/AIDS. Prasanna¡¯s previous work in Human Resource and Marketing has enhanced her understanding of mental health issues of her clients, especially on stress management and maintaining a better work-life balance.
 

Elizabeth Chai
 
Elizabeth has been working with youth in various capacities while obtaining her Bachelor of Science from the University of Malaya. Wanting to enhance her skills to help others, she gained her Masters in Social Science (Counselling) from the University of South Australia in 2010.
 

Maznah Ibrahim
 
Maznah has extensive experience working with pre-school children and youth especially in the area of child sexual abuse. She obtained her Masters of Science (Guidance & Counselling) in 2006 after her basic degree in Bachelor of Science (Human Development) from Universiti Putra Malaysia. She is one of the few mental health professionals in Malaysia that uses creative and play therapy in her sessions with children.
 

Ignatius Lee
 
Ignatius specialises in therapy for children and adolescents with special needs. Graduated in 2004 with a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines, he continued to garner Erasmus Mundus, Master of Arts in Special Education Needs and Inclusive Education from the Roehampton University, London in 2010.
 

Geraldine Szeto
 
Gerry, with a Masters in Social Science (Counseling) from the Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia, is actively involved with various organizations in Singapore in her capacity as a counselor. A licensed member of Singapore Association of Counselors and the Action Group for Mental Illness (AGMI) Singapore, Geraldine is also a much sought-after consultant for stress-related issues.
